DON'T BE SURPRISED
He stopped coming by when he found out
About you and I;
Even though you are not with me no more
My heart still holds you in it!
It's been two years now that we had been
Apart and boy did it brake my heart,
I could not let no other man take the place
Of you!
And that is because I'm not over you yet,
Oh how I regret loving you the way I do,
And no I'm not confused,
But the part that hurts me a lot is knowing
She is the one holding you like I use to,
When you sleep does she hear you call out my
Name, Does she blames you that you loved me
First, Your still -kinda- funny to me,
When she tells you to jump do you?
Do you ask her 'how high'?
She's got you under her thumb
And in a month you'll wonder why.
Don't you know wish I was the one you was hanging
On to? I'm not trying to be mean and I'm really not jealous
I just hurt that you did me like this,
You're not a real man, A real men don't play games
He could see with his heart and his eyes I am the one you
Should had never played on,
Because my love is true now look at you,
Act like nothings wrong, when its always the same
And you put me at the blame what a shame,
Because my heart still loves you,
But I couldn't keep you in my life because you lied and I know why
But your not a man enough to admit what you did!
You're obviously not for me and I'm too much for you
I've been through more in my life already
you'd ever even think is true.
But what hurts me so is sleeping alone with out you to hold
Oh how my heart cry's for you.
But then I say no get control, I just feel kind of bad
Despite the situation, we could of been good together in almost
Any weather, Do you remember when you was holding me
Out in the rain because you hurt me so bad about the news you gave,
But we got through it!
But this time we wont,
You set my heart on run and on hold,
I wont even let no man ever get close,
Once again you proved to me that most men are the same
But I'm pathetic, I thought I knew better
Thanks though..now I'm wiser to the game.
But my heart will never be the same and yes you are the blame!
So, go on now, be happy just give it all you can give
Don't be surprised I did forgive.
