Dont change her

A man took her in, and she fell in love with him

he took her beauty from her and cursed her face.

his eyes saw her as ugly but she was a beautiful mind

she walks in the streets and people stare and they laugh.

people are so cruel.

They not know her story, let alone her name

people are violent and they call her names.

They call her a beast but I call her my mother

She is a victim of domestic violance

my father took away her beauty

so he thought

the only thing he took was my cool

these people dont understand and all i want is a wish

a wish that a man would take her and she to fall in love

I want her to never be changed
