don't forget about me

your lips don't tast the same

your eyes survey me with apparent shame

I use to be your ghetto hero

Now all I bring you is pain and sorrow

don't forget about me

you fall asleep when I lay with you

what am I suppose to do

I suspect that loving me is beginning to be a chore

what happened to the woman I used to adore

don't forget about to me

you don't communicate and smile

I hope soon we can reconcile

Before it's much too late

please don't forget about me

Do you still love me?

even throughout my stupidity

we all make bad decisions and mistakes

I am sorry for causing you pain and heartaches

please don't forget about me
