dont forget acrostic

dear self,

only you can remember the

nights you feared for your sanity

till all you could do was cry yourself to sleep

forgetting these moments would be the

only painless poision, by

removing these memories from your mind you would

get no motivation to imporove, no sense of self

evidently, only you can see these moments of weakness and decide

to become a stronger you, so dont forget
