Don't Leave Me

You said

You loved me

And now

You can't take it back

You have me

In the palm of your hand

And I'd go with you

If you needed me

Don't go

Please don't leave me

Now that I know

Now that I feel it

What I was missing

Before

I don't know

If it's something I can let go

Or learn to live without

Smile

And say

You'll stay

That it's going to be okay

I'm not afraid

Nothing we face tomorrow

Will ever scare me

Like yesterday did

Don't hold my heart

The way you are

And leave me behind

Don't stand there

And say nothing at all

I can't stand the fall

If you aren't falling with me

Don't be scared

One more night

We'll make it

I need you

To hold me

I can't do this

Without you

Because you may not see it

But you make me feel good

You make me feel

Clean

Open

And it's been too long

I'm not that strong

And I need you

To lean on

So please

Don't leave me
