Don't Look Up

Who do we look up to?

Who is the person that makes our energy rise and motivates us to do something?

For me it's not a "who"

For me it's a "what"

My motivation rises from the success of others

I get a rush of adrenaline seeing others get things done

Some may classify that feeling as envy but I see it as motivation

Seeing someone succeed makes me scream inside "I WANT THAT"

Seeing someone reach their goal makes me think "If they did it, so can I"

I don't look up to people because that means they will look down

I look at their actions and use that motivation to get to that same level.
