Don't look at The Mirror Like That
Stop looking at the mirror like that,
Stop letting people berate you because you are "too thin" or "too fat."
Stop letting your weight define your worth, because numbers on a scale are all they are.
Wear your crop tops or muscle tees and don't acknowledge when they tease you.
I know that their words and glares make you squeemish, but you shouldn't be afraid of how people see you.
There's nothing wrong with your stretchmarks and scars as long as you are well.
Not everyone is made the same way,
There's no reason for you to be ashamed.
If you feel good then you look amazing, because confidence is the best thing you can wear.
It doesn't matter if you are girl who loves suits or a boy in love with frills an laces.
It doesn't matter if you wear glasses or braces.
If you let your heart be full of love and your mind be closed off to the negative comments thrown at you then you will be okay.
There's nothing wrong with a few extra pounds, or being a little small.
It doesn't matter if you are tall or small.
If you feel good,
If you are well,
If you are living your best life,
You are perfect.
Don't let anyone change the way you are if you feel beautiful.
