Dont Stop At The Bottom

Don't stop at the bottom, When you are sinking low, lower than you have before, think about how and why, you've gotten there. Become very self critical, put on a new mask, and think, reflect. After you have done that, do the complete opposite of what you did to sink, rise up, patch your sinking ships, jump over obstacles, fight your giants, and float, float, float. If you think that you have experienced rock bottom, you'll know what it's like to experience a mountain top, and will appreciate it.
