Don't touch

Luke 11:39 New English Translation (NET Bible)

39 But the Lord said to him, “Now you Pharisees clean the outside of the cup and the plate,

but inside you are full of greed and wickedness.

Whatever comes my way seems quickly passing by.

Things I can’t control, then I’ll bury in the sand.

The freedom I neglect, as now I wonder: Why?

As I drag the hyperbole  now forward in my hands

Don’t you fret any beyond my nature’s calling?

Things will be alright if you neglect what you can’t change.

You are part of the many issues in whatever is befalling.

Just stay in the light as your shadows now rearrange

Uncertainty perplexed, and destiny assured

God's Hand that holds me gently lifts me up

Nothing now is vexed as the Spirit fully cures.

The flesh that hinders me as the Lord fills my cup.
