Don’t relapse

The skin around that Line

on your wrist

Starting to peal

The healing process

getting harder

As its more noticeably

can’t think About it

Just try to breath

Cant talk about it

Cant just do it, again

Go as long as you can

Try your best to stop

But the longer the day gets

the harder the though get

Can't relapse

Don't relapse
