Door of Existence

The mind is a door, that which we seldom open. Beyond that door lies existence. Perhaps we were bold enough to open that door, cascading upon ourselves till the true meaning of life was found. Love, pain, and regret are all feelings that are shown when the door to the mind is opened. The question is do we choose to delve further into the room we have opened or close it and walk back to a world of no pain or struggle but also no love or joy. My eternal journey is this question. For centuries now I have remained at the door waiting, thinking of what I'm willing to endure for love and perhaps believing that everything is better than nothing.
