The Double Edge
Your words are like gospel,
Leave me ready and willing,
Shape my soul with a meaning that is so fulfilling,
Your words are like daggers,
When they tear me apart,
Strike a fatal blow to my feeble heart,
Never could words like yours so excite me,
But they also do damage so don't use them so lightly,
