Double Sided/Duality

There are two sides, doubled, To every story, To every record, in some instances, to every face. There are two sides, dwelling, in my mental state. On the A side of this record, im swimming, in an ocean of ultraviolet rays that juice the lungs with undying life until I overly gush, vomiting, the seven wonders I have created in this world: Positivity Hope Ascension Knowledge Enlightenment Fearlessness and Strength. Down the way, a lone sequoia, perched at the tip top of what looks like a downward spiraled hill. Weird, I know, but if you ask me, thats the secret. The best things in life are weird. I go there to catch my breath of undying life, that now coarses through my lungs, from the ocean of those ultraviolet rays that I now gaze upon from the opposite side of the waves. The 8th wonder of the world im in. The ocean of experience(s). Fully immersed in the wonderous simplicity of how the grapefruit shaded sun sets, against the gentle, indigo breeze, that rustles amongst the everchanging leaves of the sequoia tree I rest my back on. Full bliss. Full comfort. Too much comfort. I let my guard down, and now im slipping. Slipping down the slickest rabbit hole, gut wrenching, knowing, what comes next.. The B side of this record. On the B side of this record, I plunge, to the bleakest, darkest depths of my own demons den. The wrenching feeling exited my gut, only to be replaced by sickning and repulsive unease. I smell the seepage that has long harvested within the walls. The years of torment, The rancid blood, sweat, and tears, all held within this capsule called the seven nightmares of this world: Misery Hopelessness Anxiety Depression Suicide Loneliness and Fear. Screaming in agony, I run and I run doing anything I can to awaken from this hell ive created. The frightening part is, it is far worse then a "bad dream". Its the doubled side of reality. The duality, Of the beautiful, and the damned all the while, being fully conscious on this whirlwind roller coaster with no end in sight, until, I crawled home.
