Double Standards in Private Schools

They preach of fairness, justice, and right, But treat some people with different might. One rule for students, another for staff, One gets respect, while others just laugh. They ask us for patience, they ask us to care, Yet fairness and kindness are not always there. They speak about values, they speak about grace, But double standards still show their face. Teachers work hard from morning till night, Giving their knowledge, their courage, their light. Yet when they ask for respect in return, Too often they’re told to wait, hope, and learn. A school should be honest, a school should be fair, With equal respect and compassion to share. No matter your title, your status, or name, Fairness for everyone should always remain the same.
