Doubt of Pain

I am told that I should be fine.

So I am fine.

I bury, bury, bury until I can't go deeper.

I am fine.

I ask for help but receive guilt.

I am fine.

My stomach closes in with anxiety.

Yet I am still fine.

I will always be fine.
