People try to tell me that I'll fail but their words don't even make me stumble,

But even with the weight of their hateful words I refuse to crumble,

The money doesn't mean anything to me because I writes what I loves,

I won't waste this blessing i was given from my Lord and Savior up above.

But the world doesn't understand this because all they seem to know is greed,

They so blinded by their wants they don't even see their needs,

I keep on going despite how they try to bring me down to their level,

I'll write for his God and not be blinded by the hate of the devil.

The world can't make sense of this because it seems like an anomaly,

That is the reason why they feel like they need to take their words and drop their bombs on me,

I want to leave my mark on this world as someone who stands out,

I forget their words because as long as Jesus holds me up I won't go down.
