Down the Stairs

Purple mist cascade down the stairs
A blueish reddish hue
It takes me in as I sit right there
As I wait for you

I go num
Concrete Paralysis
Freeze frame

And I watch as the empty walls remain the same

A passerby watches as I befriend myself
Crowded yet empty world
It's never forever
But forever for you
Now
The single loveliest nuisance
I ever brought on myself

Violet gas tremble down my face
The only proof I knew
When it had came and gone
Reminded me of you

It feels wrong
Inside myself
Two smiles

And my voice
Reverberates through the stairs
With his voice
Reverberate through the stairs

A passerby watches as I befriend myself
Can't stand the thought anymore
It's never forever
But forever for you
I miss the empty feeling after all

The mist befriends me
