Dragon Lady

From the flip-flop of your sandals to the way you do your hair

The annoying way you announce new assignments

Is what deems you as the farthest thing from fair!

Your refusal to hear our questions shows how you don’t care about our two cents!

But you say you hate how we get questions wrong on a test

You claim you want us to know everything just as well as you

Oh, if only you knew you were such a pest

The downfall of my Junior Year started with you!

You act like you are the greatest teacher to grace our adolescent faces

We just act like we like you to protect ourselves from your wrath.

You try to strut like a model when you barely manage to walk in even paces

The school knows how you act to us so you walk a lonely path.

You try to burn us with empty promises and empty threats.

Oh, dragon lady, you beat us with your rage because of your regrets.
