Dre Story (Path We Take)
Path We Take
Now Dre. You know this is not the wave you and I both know that this path only leads to destruction and ultimately those bars. Slam. Doors. Now Dre. How is nasha suppose to feel. knowing that her man is in a cell and not on the path to progression. That's what got us together in the first place. Ok. Now Dre. How is mom suppose to feel. Knowing her only son is now a statistic in the system that wants to see black males fail. Now Dre. How are we suppose to feel. We can't experience real happiness unless they say we can. I wanna see ma too. Dre. The path we take is our own.
