Dread

It grips  me, with it’s icy coldness

Pounding in my heart

Surging inside  of me,

It swallows me whole,

I cannot scream,

Only lie in submission,

I am completely,

And utterly,

Helpless

As it

Sweeps me,

 a tiny piece of dust
