A dreadful Harmattan

Harmattan, harmattan, how could you?

Yearly you torment us on this side

See how the dust-laden wind blows

Forming a grayscale filled sky

Chilly on all sides, uneasy inside

Sneeze and cough all around

Dry throats and teary eyes

Oh! How I dread you

I firmly feel your presence

My cracked lips, surely a sign

Hazy winds and high temparatures

Oh, you never disguise your presence
