The Dreadful Puppeteer

The Dreadful Puppeteer

Life is meaningless when controlled by strings

Swish to the left, the right, drone like motion

We begin dancing as if for the kings

Dancing puppets on display, stiff, uptight

The Dreadful Puppeteer

We are all puppets with no free will

We do what we are told; want is taboo

Wishing to be free as air, what a thrill!

Ripe, ready for our awaiting rescue

The Dreadful Puppeteer

Life becomes so dull when under control

Puppets begin to weep for their sweet dreams

Dreams with no strings, taking a carefree stroll

Dreams of new places, no more evil schemes

The Dreadful Puppeteer

Say no more, find the end of this hardship

Between the puppet and the master, Snip!

This is the end of The Dreadful Puppeteer
