Dream

i have dreams 

dreams of running in sand 

dreams of punching without hitting 

these are nightmares 

and that is what i feel sometimes 

i want the feeling of effectiveness a HIT on the ground and leap 

a crack when i punch 

i want ground 

i want flight 

i want hope and returns on my energy 

i don’t want to go no where

with average or intense effort

all cause i was in a dream

a fantasy

i want to wake up
