Dreamer Girl

In the world is a soul who dreams,
Of a lot of amazing things.
She sees the sky lit and full,
Treasured beauties in her eyes,
Which will never die.
But curiosity lead to wonder,
From the universe she lives.
They wonder what she sees
When she stares up at the trees.
They wonder why she likes the night,
Or why she even writes.
They wonder why she's silent in the world,
But loud in her mind.
Or why she spends all her time
With things she wishes she could call "mine."
They wonder why she says the things she does,
And why she acts the way she is.
They wonder what she thinks,
Or what she feels.
And wonder why she tries.
The thing is she is who she is,
With no doubt or worry,
And the world will always wonder,
About the dreamer girl, Tori.
