Dreaming

So you want to be a singer and sing out your life There are some who laugh at that dream in spite So you want to dance, feel the wind through your hair Some people laugh and say I don't even care So you want to draw, express yourself in a picture Some people laugh and say "Really mister?" So you want to write and create stories of wonderful worlds Some people laugh and say you are on the wrong road. What about the people who didn't care what other said, they followed their dreams They sang the songs, drew the artwork, danced to their own beat The only way you can know for sure is if you follow your own feet Sure there is a chance you might not succeed But if you never try - then the dream is wasted - it is a dead seed Don't ever stop dreaming - it could come true And maybe someday they will all stop laughing at you
