Dreaming of Acting

“All the world's a stage, And all the men and women merely players: They have their exits and their entrances; And one man in his time plays many parts” - William Shakespeare From the moment we open our eyes the spotlight is on us Blind by the brightness it’s easy to get lost on the stage of life It is a journey from Act 1 to Act 2, from life to death Meeting enemies and friends alike as the show of life goes on Starving, trying to survive, education sucking up all savings Sacrificing for the love of art Dancing and Singing in the spotlight till our time is up When the curtain closes a smile spreads across my face as I look back on my performance of life
