Dreaming Reality


Hair like night – illuminated stars, pin holes to the heavens – your eyes… All mystery a void, for your face shall express nil lie onto me – as mine onto yours. My skin boils like magma with the thought of you – though with your touch? It tenses yet loosens, a vortex of feeling that can only be expressed in a touch returned. Spine shaking, lips trembling, heart racing, arms begging… for you, love. The world leaves us to our design and we leave it its cold, unfeeling light… For the only radiance we need is that gleaming from our smiles as we get lost in each other’s eyes. A tireless search from every man and woman to find paradise leaves them confused, hurt… For them, I regret – that I find paradise so easily in your embrace – my lips upon yours. What is heaven, then – if not paradise? Heaven, dare I say, is but a touch away… Eyes closing, as I can but think of you… My dreams yearn for reality…
