Dreams

Their dreams soar. They go past the clouds past the moon, and past the sun and stars Far into a place unknown. Chocolate waterfalls rain down from the heavens. Their are creatures never seen before, Never explored. Boys are trudging through the jungles Hats upon their heads Carrying sticks wacking against the long grass Forever exploring, forever an adventure. Girls are skipping down stone walkways Their heels clicking, trying not to stumble on their long gowns Jewls hang around their necks and small delicate wrists Forever having parties, and guests that are never late. They wake up the next morning in suits and ties Makeup and heels The rest of their lives behind a desk Their dreams extend far into the universe Far beyond the clouds Moon, Sun and stars Alive.but slowly dying, disappearing into the deep abyss They are only waiting for the next adventure.
