dreams

I stand in the corridor of time Right now I’m only a legend in my mind A disiple of the lichs raised to bring death Trained in the arts of tactics, combat and war Some will say I am evil some will say I deserve to die All will recognize my name and some will warship me I have the power over death and life I am the one who the free men envy And the one whose enemies fear me Yet no matter how they feel they will respect my power I am the necromancer I am the god –child Creeping threw the cracks of darkness Looking into the depths of the unknown In mind a mystery This forgotten soul From what was in life Lost in a world of darkness Cries of shame Through my powers the dead will rise In my pride I will control the night In a crowd of people I’m alone Talking to the older souls Some will say that I’m insane some will say that I’m the truth All will agree on one thing, I will remain alone I am shunned for my differences I am hated for my strengths As my powers grow I become evermore cold A child that could become a god A necromancer to that end Creeping threw the cracks of darkness Looking into the depths of the unknown In mind a mystery This forgotten soul From what was in life Lost in a world of darkness Cries of shame
