Dreams

Her eyes were grey

Wearing a torn, faded dress

Staring into the distance

Her pupils a void of swirling darkness

His eyes were blue

Eyes the color of the sea

Bright and twinkling and laughing

Restless and full of energy

It was obvious

That hese two were different

Of course, it was because

One had dreams, the other didn't

My dreams make me who I am

And fill me with life

I wouldn't go anywhere without them

Else my head be filled with ruin and strife
