In Dreams
One tear amounts to almost nothing I fear.
I'll move more mountains every second till I have found that place in which I belong where it's the rain only left to pour down my face.
No tears to fear, at all, no not here not in this place.
It is but a dream I know but nothing has ever been quite this clear.
Though there will always be a resentment against me, a grudge before me, and hateful ways to hurt me.
The mask behind the truth of mirrors that reflect back the heart so blackened with fear .
One tear amounts to almost nothing I fear, for so long this strong, I can no longer leave unmasked.
For everyday I feel this way, my love I still wish for your embrace though tis a dream still you are so clear.
And for everyway this life turns against me...
I'll find it has too always turned for me at last.
Time may never reveal
So just for tonight in my dreams I'll fight to believe one thousand tears fell for something felt inside so deeply real.
Thread and sown in these endless encounters often comes to a close much too soon.
Hearts fade far too easy in ones selfish search of what dream may come and its a wonder some souls do not mend.
How do we say nothing and everything all at once?
Always least careful where we tread because one may unwill himself to bend.
All the amounted tears wasted when it was so much easier to tell ones truth than to cover it all with a lie.
Enemies shall always rise and beckon to call.
So Goodbye never begins at all.
Come back my friend from behind the walls.
One day we will wake up and fade into the reality of the day; so just maybe this dream wont matter at all.
These dreams we dream to escape the lie of reality and I really dont mind at all however long I continue to fly.
