Dreams

They fly limp and light,

In and out of dotted skies.

Like a blimp floats passively amidst the clouds;

Or a feathered thing swoops with dying winds.

Never did man reach such incomparable heights,

Than when he rested lid on lid,

Stared into blackness,

And allowed the mind

to work among the stars.
