Dreams

If you tell me my dreams are too big,

Maybe yours are too small.

Or maybe,

We shouldn’t compare them at all.

Our upbrings ,different,

And how hard we fall,

Both factors,

In which together appall.

Our passion,

Our drive,

Why we are alive,

Why we get worried,

When things take a dive.

But our dreams,

Are something we hold onto.

Which keeps us all together,

Through and through.

So if all my dreams,

Scare you, then I dare,

To give a remark,

That will give me that spark.

To continue reaching,

For the dream that I see.

Because I’ll give that to you,

And hopefully you do me.
