Dreams

Lost in a sea of dreams, can't tell fiction from reality.  Not a soul can hear my screams, I misplaced all my vitality. Sometimes I'm in a nightmare which I can't seem to escape. Other times I'm in a fairy tail in which I don't want to awake.  All my life I've been living in a dreamscape. Like a painting of Salvador Dali, the world looks so fake.  Maybe it's the mind of a genius, a gift that's one-of-a-kind. But is it better to be dreamless? Should this present be declined? My mind wonders as I become insane/ But I like being special in my own little way. Normality I may never attain. I am who I am, and as me I will stay
