Dreams

We long for the same dream

a little house

surrounded by the thickened trees

closed off and sheltered by nature

the peace

the quite

and the breeze sweeps through air

nothing to big or to small

something for us both to call

home

with the maple tree in front and the old frail tire swing

and the garden planted at our feet

with love and care

tender and sweet

it captures the soul just as your love captured me

I see your passion

I see your desires

I know your love

and I know your heart

I feel what you yern for

I feel it too

I know our sweetest dreams are meant to come true
