Dreams of Yesternight

Day lingers on

Before night and after noon

Yellow sun crawls away

To share sky with the moon

Imaginations waiting

Tired eyes run to sleep

But when night falls, it breaks

Waking minds filled with dreams

While resting on this cloud

Blanketed by the night

Slowly a dream unfolds

And so does the night
