Drive (Reverse)

Stop                                                                    Start

                                  the car.

I'm turning back.                                             I have to keep going

                                                                                 for the sake of

                                  All my memories

fading                                                                      and the hope that they will return

to me after I fade away.

                                    Forgetting why

I even                                                                        I ran away

                                                                                          from this beautiful life.

                                                                                          Please

                                           put the car in drive.

I'm hopelessly devoted. Poetry is my outlet.
