Drops of Rain
Drops of rain hit the surface of the lake, spreading ripples across it. In the shining moonlight, the ripples become larger and larger. Ever expanding. Countless ripples, never-ending expansion. My potential in life is like these ripples. Limitless. I breathe in the smell of rain slowly, closing my eyes. I picture all my prospects, one by one. I am calm since I know that I am strong and I am an intrinsic part of the universe. I can do much, give much. I will do much and give much. I am needed.
