Drowning
Those moments that you feel like you're about to drown
When your anxiety is up and you can't calm down
When you hear all of the noises but feel like you aren't there
Like you're sinking farther under the water without air
So you start freaking out in your mind and on the outside
You don't want people to see all you want is to hide
It gets so bad that you feel like you have no air to inhale
Your hands get sweaty, your legs go numb, and you go pale
It really feels like you're on the road to death
So you're just waiting to take your final breath
But the end doesn't come at least not yet
You just end up falling into your saftey net
The thing that snaps you out of an attack
The makes sure your back on the right track
It gets really scary when you have the feeling of going
But you always have something that tries not to let your mind wonder
