Drowning

One day you might slip

and feel like you are going down and down

with no way of getting out

you're in, over, your head

and you start to choke on the water

it is all around you

you can't get away

so you hold your breathe

and you take the plunge.

Down and down you go

and you see your life passing you by

like your watching it from the sidelines

you see it start to slip away

and theres nothing you can do

but take a deep breath...

and hope for the best
