Drowning
Please come save me,
You used to kiss the tears off my face.
Wish you would come and make up the time,
Lost,
Three years have gone by.
Guess it’s time to start living life.
Surrounded by depression,
Feels like drowning…
Promised me forever,
Won’t you come and tell me everything’s okay?
Knowing no one can keep living this way.
But it’s too late to save me.
Got used to the sensation of being numb.
One day you’ll walk me through those gates,
Can’t keep fighting this weight.
The pain is too tight.
