Drowning Doubt

Im constantly blocked by the fate of the past that has been decided previously before. My judgment is clouded for how I see him now and in the future.

Silly girl.

Can't I see that he loves me so? That he loves me like a little girl loves her dress-up princess dress? That he loves me like the moon loves all her beautiful children that she carefully painted across the sky that follow after her every single night when she rises?

Why do I have doubts? I seem to let the demons in and blind me.

But not anymore, perhaps because maybe fate and destiny brought us into the same room, standing in front of each other; for a specific reason. To love each other.

Maybe the purpose of doubt is to make me love him stronger than the bond between a dog and his best friend.
