Drowning in Life

Intertwined with masks,

you'll never be seen.

Showing fake and hiding truth,

no one will seek.

Some where tucked deep underneath screams,

"it's the real me".

Please give me the chance to speak.

Take it as it is,

Wise words from a wise man

who never eats

he always bites his tongue.

Laughs now

dies and blames his Creator.

Look at what you've done!

Why me?

A victim of his own fate.

A product of his community.

What is the true significance of living.

To smile and throw away anything that makes you believe you're everything less?

To lock in everything that keeps you awake in your so called dream named reality.

So that when you sleep nightmares do wake you up because the boogie man is suddenly real

and your demons are whispering things no one hears

because they speak in tongues and their negativity is specifically  crafted for you.

If you continue your ways I promise you'll drown.

It's like an ocean of thoughts ,

waves power and if you're not careful the depths of depression will continue to pull you in.

Trust me for the words that are written are true. Consider this a message, a letter in a bottle.

it's traveled a greater way up, because I gave it my last breathe, screaming for my life grasping for air.
