In Due Time

In due time,
I can explain it all,
Why I had feelings for you,
And definitely why I never called,
In due time,
You will understand my ways,
What we had was good,
But now it will remain back in those days,
In due time,
I will let go of our memories,
The ones I cherished were great,
But their just that: memories,
In due time,
You will understand,
Why I never spoke my mind,
You spoke more than you listened,
So me speaking would be a waste of time,
For now,
We will replay distant memories,
We will continue with our lives,
And we will continue to live free,
You told your lies,
And I listened as if you we're preaching a sermon,
But God is good,
For I know now your a vermin,
So I sit enjoying life,
Hoping your life is fine,
Hope you have a good future,
Because your not in mine.
