A Dumb Decision
Made a dumb decision in my past, all over getting some ass, young and felt invincible to the art of sex... I got some good and these ladies loving it, some can't get enough, I knew I had to be on top of things but thinking with the wrong head one time in 2009 has put me on the list, a list not only counting you as one of the statistics, a list that follows you into every relationship and clinic, a list for automatic DENIE access in most companionships only because they don't want to be on the list. No perks and no gimmicks come with being here, only wanting to find one person that doesn't mind and will accept me being a part of this club, though this club is open to the public, every demographic and sexual orientation, there's no need to RSVP, it's open seven days week, entrance is gained through the subconscious mind and open acts in reality.
Dare to straddle the fence after a night of partying and drinking? Dare you not to be smart and be stuck with a life sentence! Though it may not be HIV but It's HSV, once contracted, you become VIP, you and your plus one has access to the unlimited supplies of, "I don't see you differently, this doesn't change who you are, I don't know if I can do this, or the like really though, damn like really..." Then mostly becoming insecure to art of love, you begin to question yourself when you feel happy and secure in a new love, you have to feel them out before being the barer of bad news, you share your story, they attempt to educate themselves and reevaluate you, the clock begins to tick and the waiting game begins for the switch, talks of the future grow dim, conversations get shorter, friend-zone is your V.I.P, and back to square one asking yourself, "who will actually love me?" I know God do and my momma do too, but I want you, I want you to accept me for who I am, my mistake I made that I have to deal with it, you're only a part of the dealing with IT if you met some man or some chick that wasn't honest and left you stuck on the list, once I tell you just forget I ever did, that's how I've been living my life since 19 and being positive in the quest I'm doing my best, I don't want the sympathy party, I feel sorry for you-let me be with you relationship, just accept the fact that I am Me, a walking STD, a transmitted disease that came from young stupidity, but most importantly I have feelings and loving heart, but I am HERPES, H, honesty is the best policy, E, educate yourself and partner, R, reality is just what it is, P, pursuit of happiness is a tedious journey, E, elevate your trust in God, and S, strive for greatness in all that you do.
