Dumpster Diving

How could I have forgotten

A small thing you had gotten

You said it was for me

It was something beautiful for my eyes to see

In my heart it perfectly fit

I told you I would do nothing but cherish it

Though now my heart falters

As I must dive into this dumpster

My heart pushes me on to find such a small thing from you again

Im just saying

Some people want to be heroes, others have to be asked
