Dusk and Dawn

When Dawn doth break and Sun first shines its light, When Bird doth sing its lovely sunrise tune, When blooming plants one doth begin to sight, And morning starts to turn to afternoon. When Sun is seen directly overhead, When Midday Meal begins to cross one’s mind, When bees hover around thy flower bed, And thoughts of morning’s tasks are far behind. When Sun decides to start its slow descent, When in the midnight sky, the stars appear, When Moon doth glow as if ’twas heaven-sent, And time for peaceful slumber doth draw near. It matters not whether ‘tis dusk or dawn My love for you forever will be strong.
