Dying in the Light

Oh, sweet madness, How you tantalize my soul. Ever drifting, ever haunting- as I die in the light. Oh, darling solitude, Whisper your sweet song to me, as I drift silently into the foreboding, unholy burning light. Oh, divine Artemis, grant me your sweet darkened song. Sing me a lullaby of never ending night, as I fade in the light. Oh, subverted angel, come bear witness to my cry. Hear my voice drenched in agony, I scream into the light. Oh, spurious Father, Spare me your unsanctioned hymn. And leave me always free, of your ne'er ending light. Oh, sacrosanct abyss, nine floors far beneath my feet. Lend me your dark cold grasp, after I die in the light. As His children bear their might, I scream, dying in the light.
