Dying Love

As I gaze into his eyes

I can tell the difference between your warmth and his.

I compare his love and yours

And that’s when I realized

I wasn’t in love with you any more

You just weren’t the same guy

I had fallen in love with

You turned ice cold on me

When I needed a warm coat on this chilly night
