Dying while In Life

We defied

The lies

So that we rise

Above our demise

We crossed

The lines

So that we ride

Straight into the skies

Above.

Wisdom is sacred

She hides in secrete

Freedom is wild

She reside in open

Time to desecrate

What will happen

Ready to decimate

Weapons we sharpen

Brush the dust from your shoulders

Crush animal lust with your boulders

Flash the beams of light, your orders

Smash this plight out of your borders

They are not alone

They will soon be gone

They are only flesh and bone

They will soon be gone

This light starts to shine

Missing parts made fine

Set apart from the swine

Taking part of the new wine

Bring me the darkness that I may shine

It is right that we start to redefine

The way we want to live our life

Its right that we start to decide

What we will divide

And what we will unite.

Elfuric

Ever since I learnt how to write I never stopped writing short stories, poems and ideas. I am from Africa living in South Africa, Joburg. I am a business man with a love for music and writing. Its lovely how a poem can be turned into a song. Rhythm and Words are my closest friends. I respect The Sound of Life and the power in following your Heart which makes Music till the day you die.
